A step-by-step guide to finding your spare part
Want to replace something on a hansgrohe product? Or maybe you’re looking for an accessory?
Here’s how to find what you want:
Use the article number from the AXOR packaging or type a keyword (e.g. “AXOR One basin mixer”) into the search box. This will take you to a results page:
- The “Spare parts” section contains a link to the respective product detail page, where you can find out which products use the spare part and how you can purchase it.
- “Products” is where you can find the product you’re searching for. The exploded view under “Accessories and spare parts” shows all the components in the product, each with a number. Search for the number in the accompanying list to get all the information you need on the spare part (article number, technical details, availability and more).
What happens if the product is no longer available?
Older products can also be found via the spare parts search: There will be a notice on the page explaining that this is an older, discontinued product. But don’t worry: AXOR offers long-term availability for spare parts in shower mixers, basin and bath tub taps, overhead showers, hand and shoulder showers, and kitchen taps. Even if the finished products are no longer available to purchase.

Should any part of any AXOR product ever need to be replaced, that product comes with a guarantee that spare parts for it will be available for purchase for at least 15 years. All AXOR spare parts are manufactured in Germany to the same precise specifications as the original.
