It took three years to renovate the dilapidated
Sont Font Finca in the back country
of Mallorca. But the result is a newly-built
country home which embodies the typical lifestyle
of Mallorquine
island culture. The traditional building style
was combined with elegant modern elements,
whereby there
was a conscious decision to utilise local
materials in order to maintain the style and
charm of the building in
its idyllic country surroundings. The spacious,
light-flooded bathrooms feature the classic
natural Mares stone
native to the island. Fittings from Axor Citterio
emphasise the straightforward balance
of a traditional yet modern finca.
